Pelvic Floor Series



This is a 5 part programme that starts with the very foundations of the Pilates principles. The programme is designed to improve the functions of the muscles around the pelvic floor and goes on to develop the skill of pelvic stability and deep abdominal activation.

This programme is great for beginners or anyone suffering from abdominal weakness, pelvic floor dysfunctions, pelvic rotations, lower back pain and disorders, and continued post natal abdominal dysfunctions.
