Pilates flow is a therapeutic mind body exercise programme. Although the foundations of the programme is based on the principles of pilates, the programme is also influenced by the breathwork in yoga and the movement flow of Tai Chi.

Join our Membership Programme
I offer an online monthly package that allows you to access my weekly classes as and when you would like to use them. The online programme also allows you to access the classes live through the application Zoom. Each week there will be 4 classes uploaded onto the members login area for you to use, and will include a weekly Mat based Pilates class, Dynamic Pilates flow class, 30min Core Class and a relaxation. Develop & Strengthen
Pilates is a great way to develop and strengthen your core muscles, realign your body and balance out muscle groups so as to prevent re-occurrence of an injury, as well as for reducing muscle or joint pain. It’s also a useful low impact exercise for toning and building strength. The programme is designed to improve the energy flow around the body by releasing restrictions and tension and improving alignment. The way we breathe plays a significant role in the level of tension we hold in the body. By working on the correct breathing technique, we can improve the flexibility of our bodies and create more space leading to reduced pain, and chronic health problems, improved posture and the function of the deep abdominal complex (the core).
I offer beginners and intermediate Pilates classes and personal tuition in South Manchester. During the one to one sessions, I can tailor make our private sessions to focus on specific areas such as injury rehabilitation, a therapeutic mind body exercise programme, weight management including nutritional advice; improved strength, mobility and flexibility training, improved chronic health conditions and reduced pain.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry as an exercise specialist for the past 20 years, both for the NHS and for the private sector.
