My Classes

As you can see from the timetable above I teach a mix of face to face classes in Didsbury and Northenden, plus online classes through zoom. All monthly subscribers will have access to the members-area where they can view and use the recordings of the classes.

Dynamic Pilates flow class is a dynamic class made up from movements from the exercise disciplines of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The classes concentrate on connect-ing the mind and the body through synchronizing movement and the breath. The clas-ses focus on spinal lengthening and alignment, creating space in the body and releasing restrictions, so that energy flow improves. Most of the movements are concerned with improved mobility but also includes exercises for core strength and improved flexibility. Each class incorporates 10mins of relaxation. The class aims to help participants feel energized, relaxed and peaceful.


Cardio and conditioning class is a class that aims to increase the heart rate through choreographed exercise. There are options of high and low impact movements to help increase fitness levels and mobility. The 2nd half of the class includes a deep stretch routine to help with flexibility. The class aims to help participants feel energized and stretched.

Mat based Pilates Flow is a class focusing on the grounding qualities of Pilates and Yoga style movements. Each exercise focuses on diaphragmatic breathing to release tension in overactive muscles and muscular restrictions. The class also focuses on strengthening the deep abdominal muscles to improve spinal alignment and posture. There is a 10min relaxation section in every class.
